Senior Sales Engineer

Multiple Locations: USA; Japan; Dubai

Candidates on west coast, east coast, or south central regions will all be considered.

Innovative, growing industrial cyber-security company seeks experienced Sales Engineers for opportunities in the industrial and utility sector North America. Includes new accounts and additional sales in existing account. We offer a competitive salary and benefits plan.

Responsibilities:


Develop and deliver technical customer presentations, present products and company positioning at customer sites, conferences, seminars, etc. Evaluate and respond to RFPs and RFIs from large enterprises in various industries. Work with technical personnel in customer and prospect organizations to identify detailed project needs. Design, deliver, and manage multiphase customer evaluations. Transmit knowledge and insights on customer needs to internal product management teams.

Qualifications:


Engineering Degree required. Must be independent, self-starter. Extensive technical experience and proven ability to understand complex security products. Security certifications a strong plus. Experience with network-based products (including firewalls, routers and network appliances) is a strict requirement. An understanding of network management and application protocols is a strict requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be able to listen to sophisticated customers and understand their individual needs. Must have sales or technical experience with large business organizations. Must be able to write technical documents. Experience with automation systems, industrial environment strongly desired.

Manager Inside Sales

Location: Raleigh-Durham, Houston

Responsibilities:


This is a player/coach role to build a team to develop both Automation Dealer/Integrator channel as well as end user customers for Bayshore’s award winning Industrial Controls Modular Security Products, and Professional services. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can oversee our inside efforts to recruit partners and develop demand for our Industrial Controls Security Products and Professional Services.

Qualifications:


You must have been in a leadership inside sales role for a technical company, preferably in the security space. Having worked for an Automation Hardware vendor is a huge plus. Past experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is essential for being successful in this role. Having built a team from scratch - showing the ability to train, mentor and adjust for success will be the key ingredients we are looking for in the successful candidate. Having sold both products and professional services is also a plus.

Director of Channel Sales Americas

Location: Raleigh-Durham, Houston

Responsibilities:


You are known for your knowledge of the Automation Integration Channel for the America’s. You have had national responsibility selling into this market, and have experience running a team with demonstrable success. You will be responsible for recruiting a network of Automation Vendors and traditional security resellers abroad to sell the Bayshore Modular Industrial Controls Security line of products as well as our Professional Services. Travel is 70% as you are expected to be in the field with your team.

Qualifications:


10 years of Sales experience of which 5 needs to be in a leadership role, and 5 selling into the Automation channel. Having worked with Security products and knowledge of how Security products work is a huge plus. You must know how to use and manage your team with Salesforce. Having managed both Product Sales and Professional Services is a plus.

Regional Channel Sales

Location: East/West/Central

Responsibilities:


You are selling into the Automation/Integrator space. You may have worked for one of the large PLC vendors, but want something more exciting, challenging or fast paced. You are willing to travel 50%+, love being in front of the channel partners and their customers, and building unique solutions for challenging situations. Industrial Controls Cyber Security is your passion, and you want to dive in and learn what is going on in the entire space. You have a record of achieving and exceeding your goals, and can work on your own remotely with little supervision You’re a self starter, type A personality.

Qualifications:


3 years of Sales experience of which needs to be selling into the Automation Channel. Having worked with Security products, and knowledge of how Security products work is a huge plus. You must know how to effectively use Salesforce. Having sold both Product Sales and Professional Services is a plus. A demonstrable record of achieving success is a must.

Lead Generation Manager

Location: Raleigh Durham/Houston

Responsibilities:


You’re an expert on getting Integrators/Vars and end user customers to bite on wanting to know more about your products. You seamlessly use social media as well as traditional marketing methods to hit our targets repetitively with as many impressions as possible that is effective and cost efficient. You’re an expert in using HubSpot and Salesforce in unison, extracting the most value possible out of those tools. You are looking for a fast paced environment in a fast growing market, and are looking to take command of these efforts to keep the sales team supplied with working leads.

Qualifications:


You are working for a high tech company that works with both channel partners and direct sales. Preferably you have experience with both products and services. You must be a self starter, be able to see a project from inception to completion and analyze results each time to improve results the next time around. You think out of the box, so your campaigns break through the noise that the channel hears on a daily basis. You have 3 years of being responsible for lead generation, and can show increasing success along your journey.
