Board members bring over 100 years' experience in critical infrastructure protection and security strategy

Bayshore Networks, the leading provider of OT security policy monitoring and enforcement, has announced the creation of a Technical Advisory Board and its inaugural four members.  The TAB will provide strategic guidance and feedback on Bayshore's solution plans and offer support to the company's partnerships and sales channel relationships.

“We couldn’t be more pleased with the caliber of our Technical Advisory Board,” said Kevin Senator, CEO of Bayshore Networks.  “We reached out to the best and brightest, and we’re thrilled that they have all agreed to support our vision of expanding OT cybersecurity into the realm of active mitigation and response.”

The four TAB members are:

Tony Cole, CTO of Attivo Networks, is a cybersecurity expert with more than 30 years of experience in government and industry.  He is first and foremost a public voice for the industry, educating the market on the cyber deception space and cybersecurity in general. Cole built U.S. Army and Pentagon's security infrastructure and he was nominated and served on the President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee's IoT security subcommittee and the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) Communications Security, Reliability and Interoperability Council (CSRIC-V).

Marty Edwards, a globally recognized industrial control systems cybersecurity expert and speaker, serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives for ISA and Managing Director of the Automation Federation. Prior to joining ISA in mid-2017, Edwards—a 25-year industry veteran—was the longest-serving Director of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team (ICS-CERT).

Craig Rosen, the first Chief Information Security Officer at AppDynamics, (now part of Cisco), is building and scaling a DevSecOps based information security practice focused on product security and customer trust. Aligned with his passion for building security functions from scratch, Craig was the first Chief Security Officer for FireEye prior to AppDynamics and launched the first Security Architecture practice at Pacific Gas & Electric Company focused on protecting critical infrastructure. Craig has been practicing and consulting in security for over 20 years.

Marcus (Marc) Sachs is the Chief Security Officer of Pattern Computer. He is a retired US Army Officer and was a White House appointee in the George W. Bush administration. His private sector experience includes serving as the Deputy Director of SRI International’s Computer Science laboratory, as the Vice President for National Security Policy at Verizon Communications, and as the Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) where he directed the rebuilding of the Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center (E-ISAC).
